		<description>Ohhh, I&#039;m so sorry you&#039;re going through this, but I&#039;m so happy you&#039;re playing it safe and putting the Landlord on notice to get it all fixed.  I understand your concern....our house was built in 1884 and we just had the last of all the very very old electrical connections replaced with updated wiring.  It really is scary stuff.  

Hang in there as there is always a reason why things are put on hold, etc., etc., etc.  This delay shall soon be but distant memory!! 

I missed you this week....welcome back!!
