Pottery Porn II

Let’s kick off a new year of featured artists with one of my favorite Etsy shops to visit, and a fellow Mud Team member, Keith of Khphillips, or MudStuffing. I was trying to problem-solve how I would make some soap dishes this weekend, and when I came home I recalled that he makes beautiful ones. I’m a little jealous to say, his are far more exciting then the ones I just made.

Truth be told, looking in his shop usually ends with me banging my head on a table, moaning “Why oh why didn’t I think of it first??” Like these beautiful butter dishes? Dammit, Keith! Why you gotta be so talented and set the bar high for the rest of us?

And if that wasn’t bad enough, he’s also incredibly friendly, generous and has helped me a number of times! The nerve!

Ah, er, yes…. Like I was saying… Keith is awesome. Go check out his shop. (And buy me a present while you’re there!)

P.S. Ever since this post I’ve had ridiculous numbers of people find my blog while searching for the term “pottery porn.” (Thanks WordPress stats!) One of my friends coined the phrase to me in reference to the gorgeous pottery pics I have plastered around my bathroom, and I couldn’t resist using it again. I have no clue what the Gogglers are looking for, but I sure hope this isn’t it. Sorry for luring you in, Mr. Fetishist! Keep on searchin’!
